Games are played at "Boundless Field" located at Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill, NJ right next to the award-winning Jake's Place Boundless Playground.

Games are played Saturdays only beginning at 10AM for 8 weeks in the spring (April-June) and 6 weeks in the fall (September-October).

MINOR LEAGUE:

• Consists of players 5 to 12 years of age with a medically diagnosed disability.
• Start time begins at 10AM.
• The game will last for approximately 1 hour.

MAJOR LEAGUE:

• Consists of players ages 13 to senior citizens with a medically diagnosed disability.
• Start time begins at 11:15AM.
• The game will last for approximately 1 hour.

LEAGUE RULES

(League rules are subject to change.)

• Players can be male or female ranging in age from 5 to senior citizens who have a medically diagnosed disability.
• Minor League games will start promptly at 10AM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before each game. (Allow arrival time, fill out name tags, warm-ups and for players to get paired with buddies.)
• Weekly attendance is not mandatory.
• Uniforms are required for each game, but please dress appropriately for the weather.
• Games consist up to 2 innings (depending to time).
• Each player bats at least once per inning.
• Batting order can change each inning (coach's preference).
• Each player reaches each base safely and no player is ever called "OUT!"
• Unless a home run is hit or the ball bounces over the outfield fence for a ground rule double, each player will advance one base.
• Last batter of the inning circles all four bases.
• Scores of games are irrelevant and will remain tied at the end of each inning/game.
• Players can choose between being pitched to or hit off a tee.
• Players who are pitched to will receive a maximum of 6 pitches each at bat before using a tee so games can remain on time.
• The Pitcher must be a Coach or an approved "Buddy" only. Players are strictly prohibited.
• No personal equipment purchase necessary. Players have use of league equipment (bats, gloves & helmets).
• Name tags must be worn when on the field. This includes, players, volunteers and team management.
• Only authorized persons are allowed on the field. Once a game starts, only players, volunteers and team management with a signed release form on file are allowed on the field. Parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. are not allowed on the field or in the dugout while a game is in play.
• Sportsmanship should be demonstrated by all players, coaches, buddies and spectators.
• Games are subjected to last minute cancellations due to inclement weather. Please check your email provided at registration, or check our social media websites for game status updates.
• There will be no make-up games scheduled due to game cancellations.
• Grabbing for and/or taking the microphone away from the announcer is strictly prohibited.
• Making announcements/talking on the CCNJML PA system without prior consent from a CCNJML Official is prohibited.
• No food or beverages are allowed on the field. Food is not allowed in the dugout or on the field. The only beverage in the dugout is water and this must be in a container that has a lid. Spills make the field surface extremely slippery which equals an unsafe environment.
• If a player or buddy must leave for any reason before the game has officially ended, the player's parent/guardian or buddy must inform a coach or a CCNJML Official.
• You do not have to be a Camden County residence to play in the league.

Miracle League Buddies, also known as "Angels in the Outfield" are volunteers ranging in age from age 12 to senior citizens. No registration fee required, and every Buddy will receive a free CCNJML buddy t-shirt.

Buddies can be a family member, individual, or volunteer groups such as an organization, nonprofits, high school clubs, sororities, fraternities, church groups, etc.

BUDDY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive at Boundless Field no later than 9:30AM to help assist with setting up (afterwards; breaking down) league equipment on and off the field.
• Buddies are to assist players in fielding and batting (if needed) and ensure their safety at all times.
• Each player who is participating in the game, should have one buddy assigned to them for the entire game. In certain situations two buddies may be required.
• Please bring a baseball glove to use. If you do not own one, use of league equipment may be provided if available.
• When a hard-hitter is up to bat, Buddies are to step in front of your CCNJML player for protection.
• Always allow the CCNJML Player as much freedom as possible to play his/her own game to the best of their abilities.Talk to your player and find out what level of help they are comfortable with and assist that player according to their needs.
• If you need help please ask a Coach or CCNJML Official.
• Once the game has begun, cell phone use is strictly prohibited while on the field.
• If you must use your cell phone, first inform one of the coaching staff and/or another buddy so your player is not left unattended and step off the playing field.
• Be clean and appropriately dressed. A CCNJML buddy t-shirt is required. Only one per person. No flip flips or open toe sandals are allowed.
• Be a good spirit with enthusiasm, love, a good attitude and concern in motivating the players and their families.
• Become their friend; get to know the players and their families. You're probably making more of an impression than you know.
